Manolo Obaya

While working at the second biggest football app in the world, Forza Football, Manolo led the global business development project, delivering creative media solutions to multiple stakeholders at Nike, Adidas, Puma, Heineken, Mastercard, and PepsiCo, amongst others. He then went on to a Swedish incubator, where he implemented a completely new, process-led incubation process to allow idea-stage startups to fulfill their potential by reducing uncertainty and focusing on their core. As Investor Relations for the oldest Angel Investor Network in Sweden, Manolo aims to professionalise investors to improve their chances of a successful exit while still providing a positive impact in the innovation ecosystem. He is also leading a 12-week programme intended to help startups become "capital ready" for their first professional investment round.
