Luke Pappas is a Partner at NEA based in London where he leads the firm's European investing efforts. He is focused on investing in software at the application, infrastructure, and data layers, and also consumer social and marketplaces.

He works closely with the firm's investments in Aquabyte, Wiith, Modyfi, DJUST, Sana Labs, Bliq, and PlayVS, and Connect Ventures, which is NEA's joint investment venture with CAA. He graduated from Stanford University with dual BS degrees in computer science and management science & engineering.
